Extensive expertise in image analysis. Developed numerous novel image analysis algorithms. Published about 100 peer-reviewed scientific articles, including 21 journal papers and 7 book chapters. My research includes applications to a variety of modalities including MR, CT, microscopy and retinal imaging.

Medical Image Processing and Analysis. Development of novel image processing algorithms for applications to medical fields.
