Description
The 70th annual conference of the Association of Hispanists of Great Britain and Ireland will comprise of two face-to-face days at the University of Edinburgh (Monday 7 – Tuesday 8 April 2025) and one day fully online (Thursday 10 April 2025).The AHGBI 70th Annual Conference will be held face-to-face in Edinburgh on Monday 7th and Tuesday 8th April, and online on Thursday 10th April 2025. We particularly encourage those who would like to participate online to consider formats such as roundtable discussion and workshops.
All AHGBI members, especially Lusitanists, PGRs and ECAs, are warmly invited to propose the delivery of a paper and/or the organisation of a panel. The AHGBI actively encourages proposals for panels that involve a mixture of career stages, and is keen to encourage within the same panel the participation of retired members of the Association, established scholars in the field, and ECA/PGR speakers.
