The FSA Advisory Committee on Novel Foods and Processes (ACNFP) is an independent expert committee comprising of scientists and specialist experts from a wide range of scientific disciplines, who actively advise the Food Standards Agency on matters pertaining to novel foods, traditional novel foods, genetically modified foods and feed and novel food processes including food irradiation.
