Description

An Exhibition by Robert Stephens with contemporary aerial photographs by Robert Stephens and stop-motion film by Tina Nandini. This is a walk around the "lost" 15th century walls of the Indian city of Ahmedabad using Patrick Geddes' "Notes on Ahmedabad" as guide. Robert places Tina's photographs and his Aerial photographs in counterpoint to the Municipal Government of 1914 argument to demolish the city walls and Patrick Geddes' Argument for Conservative Surgery.
