Alcohol infographic published, sent to all MSPs in advance of parliamentary debate

Alcohol infographic is published on twitter. Infographic is sent to all MSPs in advance of a debate in parliament on progress made on Scotland’s relationship with alcohol. Several points of information from the infographics were used in the debate: Mary Fee (West Scotland) Labour – noted that every 15 minutes someone is hospitalised and since the debate began 9 people have been hospitalised. Richard Simpson (Mid Scotland and Fife) Labour – 96% of licences are accepted. 40% more outlets in deprived places than in affluent places.
