Description
An invited panel discussion on the science and science fiction of exoplanets.
How do you explore a planet that’s so far away we can’t see it? How do you even know it’s there at all? Could those planets support life? Could they support us?
Join us for an interdisciplinary discussion as we go on the journey of a lifetime from our solar system to the farthest flung planets that we know about, giving further insight into the Wardlaw Museum’s ‘Alien Worlds’ exhibition. Discover the surprising relationship between science and science-fiction and uncover the possibilities for life – human and alien – in space.
Following the event, tea and coffee will be served for attendees.
Venue: Wardlaw Museum - 7 The Scores, St Andrews, KY16 9AR.
