Description
I have been the President of the Association since 2019. ASEN, the major learned society in its field in Europe, runs an annual conference (alternating between UoE and around UK and Europe), a summer school, and two academic journals, Nations and Nationalism and Studies in Ethnicity and Nationalism, and conducts numerous other activities in support of the field (seminars, webinars, study groups, etc.). I line manage the ASEN coordinator, lead the steering committee, and am also one of four EICs for Nations and Nationalism.
