Description

Seminar Co-organiser

I co-organised this event, which is related to the ESRC network 'Close Friends', which analyses the cultural, social and economic potential of Scottish independence. Many of the themes discussed during the event relate directly to the AHRC network Northern Peripheries, for which I am Co-Investigator with Dr Ysanne Holt, including the re and deterritorialisation, as well as the re and deindustrialisation of 'Northern' regions in the United Kingdom, and the relationship that art and other cultural forms have with these practices.
