Description
As part of a one-day event organised by the British Institute of Comparative Law and the Dickson Poon School of Law at Kings College London, Dr Claudia Pagliari chaired a panel of interdisciplinary actors with experience of contesting aspects of Artificial Intelligence in healthcare. Case examples that have raised particular ethical, legal, clinical and technological challenges, were discussed to understand what the main objects of contention were and how these were resolved, if at all. Participants included clinicians, information governance leaders, consumer privacy advocates, ethicists and lawyers.Period | 6 May 2021 |
