Talk / Masterclass about approaches to narrative structure in documentary

Invited to give a lecture at Doc Edge Kolkata about approaches to narrative structure in documentary. Docedge is an annual meeting of film makers, critics, academics from India and Asia. Every year they ask 2 filmmakers to give a lecture about approaches to documentary and previous speakers have included influential filmmakers such as Kossakovsky and Dvortsevoy. My talk was based on the use of limitations in structure: " Structuring reality. Lessons from Hokusai and other great documentary makers"
