Edinburgh Strategic Alliance (Edinburgh and Heriot Watt Universities)

This is a cross institutional organisational unit fostering collaborations between Edinburgh School of Architecture and Landscape Architecture (ECA, University of Edinburgh) and the School of Energy, Geoscience, Infrastructure and Society (Heriot Watt University). Activities include joint workshops, PhD supervision, externally funded joint projects, internal funding initiatives, outreach to industry, and strategy meetings. The unit involves over 90 academic research staff from both institutions.
