Description
Series of workshops with participants who attend The welcoming, an organisation who work specifically with the refugee and migrant community in Edinburgh. Funded by Heritage Lottery as part of their Stories Stones and bones scheme. Activities included study and conservation of the Needlework Development Scheme pieces which are part of the University Collections, and facilitating participants to embroidery their own stories.| Period | 19 Sept 2017 → 27 Nov 2017 |
