Description

Performance Costume MFA students from ECA, University of Edinburgh worked in collaboration with dance students from Edinburgh College and the National Galleries of Scotland to devise a choreographed performance and costumes inspired by the work of contemporary artists showing at NOW, Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art, Edinburgh. This public event took place in the exhibition rooms. The costumes were inspired particularly by the work of Jenny Saville, Christine Borland, Robin Rhodes and Sarah Barker. The event was supported by the Jenny Saville Foundation. My role was to oversee the making of the final costumes.
