She is registered with the Irish Dental Council and General Dental Council and is member of the Irish Dental Hygienists’ Association holding the post of continuing education officer on the committee. Siobhan writes regularly for dental magazines and is a dental hygiene business coach. An honours dental hygiene student from University College Cork, she gained valuable advanced training in the UK and further extensive training with US consultant Bobbi Anthony. She was awarded Best Dental Care Professional ROI 2014 and Highly Commended Hygienist of the year 2014 at the The Dental Awards. She is a Heart Your Smile charity Champion and Innovator. Recently she was awarded Highly Commended child dental health initiative 2015.
