Mal Burkinshaw, Programme Director of Fashion at Edinburgh College of Art, and Jill Burke, Senior Lecturer in History of Art, University of Edinburgh consider themes surrounding beauty and body image in both the 1500's and on the modern catwalk. Talk delivered at The Queen's Gallery, Palace of Holyroodhouse, as part of the programme of events for the exhibition 'In Fine Style - The Art of Tudor and Stuart Fashion at Holyrood Palace'.
