Description
The Reproducibility and Best practice in neuroimaging SIG aim is to collect, compile, synthesize and distribute information from groups and individuals working on separate projects but with reproducibility in neuroimaging as overarching theme. The idea is to keep information flowing between people as to avoid conflict between projects and have a unified vision of what is happening in the community. The SIG focus is human neuroimaging but its’ scope includes any related domain that allows reproducible research, for instance animal imaging or computational modelling. Goals and outcomes The SIG is foremost a venue for discussion from individuals working on separate projects (e.g. BIDS, NIDM, meta-analyses) but with reproducibility in neuroimaging as overarching theme. Immediate outcome will be webpages likely as a wiki format. A white paper is also possible.Period | 1 Apr 2017 → … |
