Description
The Internet Festival explores how new information and communication technologies are like a soil capable of creating a fertile landscape for the development and growth of ideas, inventions, opportunities, products, services and start-ups, whilst also easing the current crisis, signalling the way for shared development and representing a sustainable future. Entrepreneurs, institutions, venture capitalists, universities and research centres are meeting and presenting their projects and case histories over four days in around twenty venues across the city of Pisa. I've been invited to participate in a discussion regarding a new project called 'Human Ecosystems' which has been set up by Art is Open Source. AOS is one of my ethnographic case studies in the ELMCIP project who I am still working with. I am also involved as an ethnographer in their new project Human Ecosystems and we're now looking for possibilities to get formal funding to develop and sustain further this project.Period | 10 Oct 2013 → 13 Oct 2013 |
