This 4 day programme develops leadership capacity and confidence through interaction with external leadership specialists and peers from across the University. Participants: >Gain an understanding of the roles of leadership and influence and their importance within the University. >Enhanc self-awareness and understanding of how you are perceived by others. >Use tools to enhance their own and others performance. >Develop skills and approaches in leading and sustaining change. >Share leadership good practice from across the University. >Create personal Action Plans to apply in the workplace. The course is aimed at academics and professional services staff who have been nominated by their Head of school/service.
