Dr Nikki Moran leads a series of three live, online guided exercise to enjoy the wellbeing benefits of mindful and creative music listening. You can attend one, two or all three of these lunchtime sessions, streamed from St Cecilia's Hall and Music Museum.

The sessions - scripted and presented by Nikki - include an opportunity to listen to some new music by composers associated with the Reid School of Music, ECA, and learn a little about the imaginative field of music cognition research. You can discover your own connection to musical sounds, and develop your own approach to listening. All while considering the wider benefits and possibilities of better quality listening for everyday life.

To participate in the activities please bring some paper and your choice of pens, pencils, or paint to make marks! Suitable for adults and children 11+.
