Description
Sonic Waves: Music and Sound Beyond BordersI have been asked to present a Keynote paper at the Sonic Waves: Music and Sound Beyond Borders inaugural symposium organised by researchers at Manchester Metropolitan University and the University of Manchester. This is a newly formed research cluster called Music and Sonic Studies, Manchester Met. (MASSmcr), although the research focus is in the areas of music and/or the sonic for some time, I was invited because they define my work as cutting "across various spaces and boundaries, particularly in relation to gender and cities".
