Food for the future: the potential of GM animalsThe Roslin Institute and R(D)SVS are at Easter Bush in Midlothian. This year the Midlothian Council supported the first local science festival. This talk described the technology of genetic modification of chickens and discussed the potential applications of GM in farmed animals, particularly in relation to food security and the growing population.
