Migration and 'Coolie' IdentityLunch and poetry at Marcel & Sons, at Elephant and Castle, Saturday 10th October: a feast of Mauritian inspired delights to accompany our small exhibition Migration and ‘Coolie’ identity which gives an introduction to the history of nineteenth century migration to Mauritius. Poet Khal Torabully brought the subject to life with a thought-provoking introduction to Coolitude.
