Activities involved molecular cloning of PCR-product, running of agarose mini-gel, quantitative PCR on extracted DNA, extraction of RNA from cells, cDNA prep for RT-qPCR, plasmid purification, restriction digest of plasmid DNA to confirm plasmids contain inserts, run gel of restriction digest, visualize and chose plasmids for sequencing. Group of about 30 students were from two Master groups (MSc Animal Health Sciences & Erasmus program)
