Description

A series of six weekly workshops for first-time, new mothers. Sessions explore the medical history of childbirth and current experiences of new motherhood. Topics for making and talking will be developed with those taking part, and potentially include: gynaecology, awkwardness and the female body; scientific research and intuition; the language of contemporary obstetrics; women’s networks and information sharing.
