Description

The OECD and the EU have joined forces to develop the HEInnovate programme, a guiding framework to support and monitor the development of entrepreneurial and innovative practices in HEIs. I joined a mission in Romania in June 2017 to assess the progress of various academic institutions and provide support/advice on how to support local entrepreneurs and contribute to the development of entrepreneurial ecosystems.
