Description
Options FoodLab: How food making and sharing is supporting migrant integration in GreeceInterview with Eddy Adams from Social Innovation Europe on the collaborative project 'Options FoodLab' with refugee/migrant cooks in Athens. This is a self-organised grassroots project that has been initiated during my sabbatical leave in 2015. Together with a group of activists, artists, networkers and migrants, we have been set up a series of pop-up kitchen events around Athens. I am using the project as a case study for developing further my ethnographic research on creativity as collaborative practice and peer learning.
