Description
OuiShare is a global community and think and do-tank on collaborative and sharing economy, social innovation and entrepreneurship. Their mission is to build and nurture a collaborative society by connecting people, organizations and ideas around fairness, openness and trust. OuiShare Summits are where the international community meets twice a year to develop our organization and shared vision together, set strategic goals, kick-start new projects and build relationships between our distributed team of Connectors and members. I was invited to participate as a guest member in the 7th OuiShare Summit in the Rural Hub, Calvanico/Italy. Part of my involvement in the summit was to understand how OuiShare works as a network as well as to see opportunities to set up an OuiShare group in Scotland. Finally, Rural Hub, the host organisation of the summit, was one of the places I would like to include in my next AHRC research application as a case study for commons-based spaces of creativity.Period | 24 Jun 2015 → 28 Jun 2015 |
