Public reading of testimonial play

This was a public reading of Nanay, a testimonial play designed to engender public debate about Canada's Live-In Caregiver Program. This reading took place in Whitehorse, Canada, and was organised in collaboration with Nakai Theatre, and the Canadian Filipino Association of the Yukon. The play was performed by Filipino migrants, and attended by migrants, general public, members of the First Nation community, as well as the director of the Yukon's Women Directorate, and the director of the provincial government's Nominee Program.
