Description
There are growing calls for employability support services to work in a person-centred and relational way. This is especially important for lone parent families who face particular challenges accessing meaningful and sustainable education, training and employment. In this seminar we showcase research on Fife Gingerbread’s Family Approach project. By working in a family-centred way, the project is only improving employability outcomes and empowering parents to develop personal assets and resilience. This, we will show, benefits not only them but also their children.| Period | 16 Jun 2025 |
