Radio participation: 'Collar the Lot', BBC Radio 4 Archive on 4The episode, called ‘Collar the Lot’, discussed the internment of Italians in Britain during the Second World War, after Winston Churchill ordered that they should be arrested as 'enemy aliens'. Wartime survivors gave expert testimony alongside Dr Ugolini and other academics. The programme was presented by Scots/Italian actor Tom Conti, whose father Alfonso was interned on the Isle of Man.
