Considered the legislation that impacts on recruitment and how this is adhered to by the University. Explored in depth the full recruitment and selection process including the best practice activities at each stage. Considered different approaches to interviewing in line with the best practice approach at the University. Reviewed different methods to compare and evaluate candidates effectively. Explored how to convert a successful interview into a successful appointment. Gained practice in the full recruitment and selection process including providing effective feedback to candidates. Created a personal Action Plan.
