Who is it for: This session will be particularly useful for anyone working in human resources, senior management or as a trustee of a charity. This lunchtime digital round table will tackle the topic of fair pay and discuss the dual pay systems that some organisations use for international and local staff. Dr Ishbel McWha-Hermann will present the findings of a research study Project FAIR and we will hear two case studies from organisations Save the Children and WaterAid.
