Who is it for: This session will be particularly useful for anyone working in human resources, senior management or as a trustee of a charity. The discussions and case studies will be useful for anyone working within charities, social enterprises, universities or businesses within the international development and humanitarian sector.

This lunchtime digital round table will tackle the topic of fair pay and discuss the dual pay systems that some organisations use for international and local staff. Dr Ishbel McWha-Hermann will present the findings of a research study Project FAIR and we will hear two case studies from organisations Save the Children and WaterAid.
