The Glasgow Film Summit built on the discussions that were developed at the inaugural Film Summit at the 2014 Edinburgh International Film Festival, There was a special focus on training, development, and current skills gaps in Scotland, covering all aspects of the industry including screenwriting, industry and commerce, directing talent and distribution and programming. This free event, open to anyone who works in the industry in Scotland, offered a choice of eight panel sessions, screenings and a networking event in the evening.
