Description

As part of the 2014 Society for Animation Studies conference, I organised two events - a roundtable and a networking event. These events were financially supported by the University of Edinburgh's CHSS KE fund, who paid for Nichola Dobson and Jared Taylor (both in ECA's School of Design) to travel to Toronto. The roundtable, which featured an international group of speakers, was attended by 50 people; the networking event, which brought together practitioners, academics, and those working in industry, was attended by 135 people.
