Description

STEM on a shoestring is a set of resources created to support the public engagement efforts of the EPSRC & MRC Centre for Doctoral Training in Optical Medical Imaging (OPTIMA) which is shared between the University of Edinburgh and the University of Strathclyde.

This activity is suitable for primary school students and above. It explains how to use nail polish and water to catch a rainbow, the science behind it, and extension activities.
