Description

We held a supper for c. 70 people as a community event and for those interested in sustainable food and the FoodWise project. All the food was prepared by students and staff at the University supervised by a chef. There was a short presentation on FoodWise.

I organised and hosted the event, which combined an Innovative Learning Week event with the FoodWise event.
