Training (designed and delivered by STEP)

STEP hosts TENET (the Traveller Education Network), a professional learning community dedicated to education with Traveller families, meeting once a term for a day of training (developed and co-ordinated by STEP) and networking. As an outcome of the CHSS KIG project event, STEP designed targeted training programmes where local authorities can review strengths and development needs to contribute to the development of improved services and policies, and, drawing on the Mobilities Partnership Model (STEP research 2015/participative seminar 2016), develop and implement new approaches to partnership working.
