Invited talk at the Library of Mistakes, an Edinburgh-based charitable venture aiming to promote the study of financial history.

This talk presented the preliminary findings of my new research on the economic history of the 19th Century whisky industry with the aim of engaging with the wider public, and especially with a view of making contacts with the whisky industry who may be owners of private archives that will be helpful for my further work. About 35 people attended.
