Performance at the Edinburgh Fringe 2025 as part of The Provocateurs strand of academics and researchers sharing their work with paying audiences at The Stand venues.This playful show, with audience interaction, discussed Virtual Production, how and why this has interesting implications for researchers, the kind of R&D taking place in CoSTAR, and how new technologies are reshaping film, TV and content production industries.
Two performances took place:
The Provocateurs: Beneficial Stress / No Location, No Location, No Location!, Monday 4th August, 17:40 - 18:40, Stand 4, The Stand Comedy Club 28 York Place, Edinburgh, EH1 3EP. Compere: Jojo Sutherland. Originally advertised alongside Erin Sanchez' Beneficial Stress, this had to be changed at the last minute and was therefore a solo (45 min) performance of No Location, No Location, No Location!
The Provocateurs: Voices of Hope / No Location, No Location, No Location!, Wednesday 13th August, 11:25 - 12:25, Stand 2, The Stand Comedy Club 16 North St Andrews Street, Edinburgh, EH2 1HJ. Compere: Susan Morrison. 30 minute performance of No Location, No Location, No Location! performed in a double bill with Voices of Hope from Roseminu Varghese (Edinburgh Napier University).
