Thematic sandpit meeting - Research Network on Children's Human Rights

On the morning of 13th November 2024, the Observatory hosted a sandpit meeting for the Research Network on Children's Human Rights.
Working through the Network and in partnership with Together (Scottish Alliance for Children's Rights), we identified three thematic areas relating to children's human rights where further research was needed: youth work, vaping and access to justice, and three thematic action group leaders (colleagues from Youthlink, FastForward and the Scottish Child Law Centre).
Action group leaders in turn invited small groups of experts (from academia, public services, civil society etc) to come together and each come up with a plan of action for research in these areas.
