This invite-only event for senior business leaders was co-organised by Laura Airey and Wendy Loretto in collaboration with our partner organisations: Age Scotland, Business in the Community Scotland, CIPD Scotland and Scottish Government. The aim of the event was to raise awareness amongst business leaders of the opportunities and challenges associated with an ageing workforce.
