Description
With particular reference to air carriage, the talk explores the rights implemented within the EU in parallel to the international air law regime, putting the traveler in Europe in a much better position to obtain compensation for wasted time due to delay. Controversially, the ECJ has found a system to “circumvent” the exclusivity of the remedies enshrined in international air law treaties.
