Visiting Professor in the Department of Legal History and Legal Theory. Teaching an undergraduate course on 'Consensual Contracts', on which he is a noted expert, as well as giving doctoral seminars on 'Mixed Legal Systems' and 'The Use of Roman Law in Scottish courts'.
