Description
Michelle Keown and Shari Sabeti organised a project symposium at the USP Conference Hall, Long Island on 20th November 2017, at which they presented some of the project findings and outputs (including a photographic exhibition; a short film; a new poem by Kathy Jetnil-Kijiner; sections of a new graphic novel by Solomon Enos; and a volume of the children’s poetry and drawings published by Island Research and Education Initiative in Pohnpei). They also discussed next steps and possible future collaborations and invited some of the children who were involved in the April workshops to read their poetry.| Period | 20 Nov 2017 |
