Description
Solomon Enos, Dr Keown and Dr Sabeti (with support from Irene Taafaki) ran a further workshop for trainee teachers at USP, this time focused around the visual arts and the graphic novel (including Enos’s newly commissioned work) as a pedagogical resource.The workshop concluded with a symposium attended by the project team and various invited stakeholders including staff from the RMI Ministry of Education and the Department of Health; qualified/practising schoolteachers; and NGOs, to discuss options for the dissemination of research findings and creative outputs, and the potential for using project data for policy-making and community arts development purposes.
