Description
This was a public event designed to discuss and debate questions around health data ownership, specifically genetic data, and who should get to use it.Dr Pagliari's talk was titled:
Who Owns My Genome? "Show Me The Money"
It examined popular analogies, such as data being 'the new oil' and the scramble to cash in on this new asset class, forcing participants to think about where value is being realised and in whose interest.
