We tested whether spending more time in nature improves your physical and mental health and demonstrated a beneficial effect, most noticeable where office workers increased their time in nature to make the total at least 120 minutes per week. This was broadcast as part of Series 9, Episode 4 of Trust me, I'm a doctor, on Wednesday 5th February at 8.30pm on BBC Two.
