Description

Examines whether firms/companies benefit from increased home-working during and post-lockdown. Do firms/companies pass on any savings in their cost base and productivity gains to their staff through higher wages, or retain those savings and gains. It also examines the extent to which cost savings for the staff of those firms/companies offset those firm/company savings and gains.
