People Analytics research highlighted by British Academy of Management

A new scoping review by Dr Claudia Pagliari and Dr Aizhan Tursunbayeva has been highlighted in the British Academy of Management's Human Resources SIG newsletter.  "People analytics—A scoping review of conceptual boundaries and value propositions. Drs Pagliari and Tursunbayeva also organised and delivered a workshop at the BAM2018 conference entitled 'People Analytics - Pathway to Enlightenment or Ethical Minefield?"

This is part of their ongoing programme on HR informatics and workforce analytics, which also includes Dr Raluca Bunduchi in the Edinburgh Business School and European collaborators.

Dr Pagliari is a senior researcher in the Usher Institute and directs the MSc in Global eHealth. She was a member of the Global Health Workforce Council and is currently acting as co-editor of the Journal of Interprofessional Research and Practice.

Dr Tursunbayeva is a management consultant with KPMG in Italy, with a PhD in HR informatics research, co-supervised Dr Pagliari and Dr Bunduchi. She is a course tutor on the online MSc in Global eHealth.
