ROK-US military drills and North Korea

Description

 SK US drills are nothing new. They have been delayed a bit and NK’s reaction is not new either. All leaders are talking to their domestic audience for the NK to the military faction and SK, US for their coming general and presidential elections. Even if NK talks to the US only it will be still SK putting serious investment in NK anyway.
I also commented that there is space to collaborate between North and South Korea even without lifting sanctions such as collaborative research in history and mt. Kumgang tourism.
